LOCATION
Ximen is located 5 cun above the transverse crease of the wrist, on the line connecting Quze (PC3) and Daling (PC7), between the tendons of m.palmaris longus and m. flexor carpi radialis.

Nerves, vascular
Forearm medial cutaneous nerve, median nerve, forearm palmar interosseous nerve and forearm median artery and vein, forearm palmar interosseous artery and vein.
Indication
Heartache，palpitations，hematemesis，nosebleed，chest and hypochondrium pain，forearm pain，
boils… Acute palpitations, angina. Acute heat in the Blood, coughing or vomiting of Blood, bleeding hemorrhoids. Spirit disorders typically GVe to Blood stasis, yin spirit problems, depression, fear of people, grief.
Good for angina, pleurisy, pericarditis, rheumatic heart disease.
Combinations
Coronary heart disease ， anginapectoris ， palpitations∶ PC 04 & HT 07 & BL 15.

Hemoptysis：PC 04 & LU 05 & BL 13.

在手臂，腕內橫紋上 ５寸..在橈骨與尺骨之間的尺側緣。

郄穴。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。
是指以患者本人體表的某些部位折定分寸，
作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
前臂內側皮神經，正中神經，前臂掌側骨間神經和前臂正中動、靜脈，前臂掌側骨間動、靜脈。
適應症
心痛，心悸，嘔血，鼻出血，胸脅痛，前臂痛，疔瘡等。
